ROYALE SANITARY STORE is a family-run hardware and sanitary store near the Old R.T.O in Vadodara. We sell the parts that jobs are actually made of, and we make a point of knowing what we are selling.
How the Shop Grew
We opened in 2009 as a small sanitary ware shop — taps, basins, and the fittings that go with them. The range grew the way it usually does in this trade: a customer buying a basin asked whether we had the waste coupling, then the PVC trap, then the silicone to seal it. Rather than send people down the road, we started stocking the next item in the job.
Today the shelves run from the pipe that goes in the wall to the handle that goes on the door. Six departments, a few thousand line items, and a counter where you can put a broken part down and ask what it is.
Who Buys Here
Plumbers and carpenters working in Warasiya and across Vadodara make up a good share of the counter. Contractors come for quantity on a site. And a great many of our customers are homeowners doing one repair, who want the correct part explained once rather than sold twice.
How We Buy
We stock makes we are prepared to stand behind. A lock that seizes or a pipe that splits comes back to this counter, not to the manufacturer, so it is in our own interest to be careful about what goes on the shelf. Where there is a genuine ISI mark for a product — pipes especially — we stock the marked version.

Bring the Old Part In
A broken cartridge, a worn hinge, a snapped fitting — bring it and we will match it from stock rather than guess from a description.
